How to Fix Instagram Threads Notification Not Going Away?
1. Disable Threads Notification
The first thing that you need to do is to check whether the Threads app on your device has the notification settings configured properly.
If the settings have notifications enabled then you will have to disable it to pause your Threads notification.
- Open Threads on your phone.
- Go to your Profile by taping on the profile picture.
- Select the two lines at the top right corner to open Settings.

3. Turn Off Notification Permission of Threads

5. Uninstall and Reinstall Threads
As an alternative fix, you can just uninstall Threads and then reinstall it again and then see whether that solves the issue.
